Tal has put together award winning training programs by working with team leads and managers in brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Starwood hotels.
Tal is passionate about leadership development and making a positive difference in the lives of others. He also leads a leadership peer group in Dallas called Authentic Leadership. His blogging and contribution as a though leader in the leadership and customer service industry helped many clients to elevate their game and achieve sustainable results in their field. Doug Dickerson is an internationally recognized leadership author, columnist, radio host, and speaker. He is a contributor for the Las Vegas Tribune, Executive Secretary Magazine, and the Daniel Island News (South Carolina) just to name a few. A passionate Project Manager with a mission of “Knowledge Offers Renewed Empowerment”. Her 20 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry resulted in the management and execution of >100 clinical studies, (Phase 1 research studies using human volunteers), involving many different therapeutic areas. Her community based healthcare experience includes design and implemented at an administrative level of a Chronic Disease Self-Management program in the Central East Local Health Integration Network.

Elizabeth Stincelli, DM is currently the controller for VCBO Architecture overseeing all financial and accounting activities for the firm. She has been with the Company since 2004. Elizabeth offers 20+ years of accounting and finance experience from a variety of industries. She also serves as a committee member with the Salt Lake City Chamber of Commerce. As a member of this committee she builds relationships both locally and throughout the country that strengthen the ties of commerce in the Salt Lake City area. She serves on the Editorial Review Board for the “Independent Journal of Management and Production”.
